Acceptance of the terms

Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.

The Site may be used by persons aged 16 and over. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

What the Site is

The Site is a marketing website: a description of the product, its mechanics, use cases and integration terms, together with a demo request form.

The Site is not the product itself. Provision of the widgets, access to the backoffice, service level commitments and all commercial terms are governed by a separate agreement.

The interactive widget previews on the Site are demonstrations. Prizes, probabilities and outcomes shown in them are simulated, carry no value and do not constitute an offer.

Use restrictions

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from the Site's content, except where we have expressly permitted it in writing.
• Use the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our consent.

Demo requests

Submitting the form creates no obligation for either party and does not constitute a contract. We may decline to provide a demo without giving reasons.

By submitting the form you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you are entitled to share those contact details with us.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All materials on the Site — text, images, video, interfaces, software code, design and structure — belong to us or are used by us on a lawful basis, and are protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you the right to view the Site for the purpose of learning about and evaluating the product. No other rights are transferred.

Trademarks

Horse of Fortune, the associated logos and other marks are our trademarks or service marks. They may not be used without our written permission.

Third-party marks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only.

You may link to the Site provided the link is not misleading as to any association with us and is not placed in unlawful or offensive material.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreement through negotiation. Before turning to other remedies, send us a written complaint at support@horseoffortune.tech — we will respond within thirty days.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
